Gabion

Ecological gabion net is a twisted hexagonal metal cage made of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and high-strength low-carbon galvanized steel wire. It is an engineering skill to assemble and load block stones and other fillers according to the needs of the project description. This honeycomb layout can best fit the principle of mechanics. It is an infinite block layout of the same nature, which can accept tension and absorb unknown pressure. This skill can better complete the organic connection between the project layout and the ecological environment, and is the preferred layout for maintaining the river channel, managing the landslide, preventing and controlling the debris flow disaster, avoiding falling rocks and overall environmental maintenance.

Gabion net is a hexagonal honeycomb net box woven from metal net. The metal wire used in gabion net is galvanized to improve its corrosion resistance. In some places with poor water quality (such as low pH value) and high demand for project life and quality, a layer of specially optimized corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) can also be coated on the galvanizing line. The product layout has the characteristics of anti rust, anti-static, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, high compression resistance and high shear resistance, which can effectively resist the corrosion of salt water or high pollution.

Gabion net is applicable to the river with high flow velocity, severe erosion and many bank slope seepage. The gabion is of flexible layout and has good self-regulation on uneven settlement. The porous bank surface and the gap between the stones are conducive to the rest of animals and the growth of plants. The gabion surface above the waterline can be planted with guest soil bags to meet the ecological considerations and safety needs.
