Construction preparation of Zn Al alloy Reno pad


(1) Foundation clearing and leveling: before laying gabions, the slope toe and slope surface shall be leveled and compacted, firm and stable, and the filter guide layer shall be flat.


(2) Special treatment: the soil and geology shall be stable before laying the foundation. If the geological soil is poor (such as quicksand hole, silt, rupture angle, etc.), separate measures shall be taken.


(3) Laying of filter guide layer: the geotextile or sand and stone shall be used to lay the filter guide layer, so as to be flat and consistent. It is recommended to use the guide filter ditch (concealed seepage pipe) for the cushion works on the slope


Construction of Zn Al alloy Reno pad


Manually lift the gabion net at about 90 °, and bind the spacing net into a box. Binding wire shall be steel wire, Φ 3.20mm, more than two strands shall be bound and tightened. The spacing net shall be fixed up and down at four places, bound and twisted. After the laying position is verified, the gabion net shall be placed according to the design drawing. In the integrated vertical direction, bind all adjacent gabion frame lines, starting from 25cm in the vertical direction and binding downward, a total of 4 places (the 25cm high protective pad is bound at the upper and lower places); When binding the fourth part, there are still adjacent nets under the whole group of gabions, and the lower parts must be bound together for integrated connection. Bind all adjacent gabion frame lines in the overall binding horizontal direction. The point 25cm from the edge is taken as the point, and continue binding every 25cm. After the second layer is laid (the upper layer), the adjacent parts must be bound together for overall connection. Adjacent mesh bodies are bound at an average of 4 places per square meter (20cm high pad, each group of adjacent places, about 50cm connection and binding). After the whole gabion of each layer is connected, the filling stones can be put in. During the construction of gabion retaining wall, the horizontal and vertical layers shall be staggered, the construction shall be carried out layer by layer, and the whole wall shall be bound and connected layer by layer.


Filling material construction


(1) First, fix the steel wire mesh of the gabion with a scaffold to avoid deformation. The filling stone shall not be filled in one grid at a time. The shape of the gabion shall be complete. It is better to feed each layer in four times.


(2) The blank space of each group of gabions shall be fed evenly and the gabions shall be square.


(3) It shall be arranged or leveled mechanically or manually, and the gap shall be filled for compaction. The 0.5m high gabion is fed twice, and each cell is evenly fed.


(4) The exposed parts outside shall be built manually and filled neatly for beauty. Every 1/3 position shall be provided with inward splayed lacing, and every square meter shall be provided with an average of 4 inward lacing, which shall be set in a positive and negative splayed shape. Each lacing shall be provided with a spacing of two meshes, and the lacing shall be inward and tightened. When it is 0.5m high, two lacing lines shall be set at 1/2 for lacing; Below 30cm, no lacing is required.


(5) Before capping, the top stone must be paved smoothly; When capping, use the capping clamp to fix the corner end and adjacent nodes first, and bind them in parallel. The binding steps shall be carried out once every 20cm, and all binding methods shall be bound in double strands and tightened. Each layer of gabion shall be laid step by step.
